What is CO2 Laser?

The CO2RE Carbon Dioxide (C02) Fractional Laser Resurfacing removes layers of skin tissue inskin surrounding each column intact to aid in healing) to help reduce “age-spots” (also called Carbon dioxide (CO2) lasers have been used for many years to resurface skin. Typically, they are used to improve skin texture and tone, reduce wrinkles, remove sun damage and pigmentation, and to tighten skin on the face. They work by removing a fine layer of skin as well as heating the skin.

Carbon dioxide (CO2) lasers have been used for many years to resurface skin. Typically, they are used to improve skin texture and tone, reduce wrinkles, remove sun damage and pigmentation, and to tighten skin on the face. They work by removing a fine layer of skin as well as heating the skin.

Using advanced laser technology, a carbon dioxide (CO2) laser for skin resurfacing precisely removes outer layers of damaged skin to reveal the underlying skin which is softer, smoother, and younger looking. CO2 and erbium laser technologies are the two most commonly used laser skin resurfacing treatment option

Is Laser Skin Tightening Permanent?

Laser skin tightening helps patients to look and feel younger by stimulating collagen regeneration under the surface of the skin. Depending on the areas being treated, most patients require more than one skin tightening treatment to achieve maximum results, but the effects are permanent.

Does Co2 Laser Work for Acne Scars?

The fractional CO2 laser makes small microscopic holes in the deeper layers of the skin. This process leads to the generation of new, healthy collagen to smooth out the acne scars. Improvement in acne scars can be seen in as early as one week following the Fractional CO2 laser treatment.

Is Co2 Laser Safe?

Yes, with the guidance of a skilled cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist, a CO2 laser skin resurfacing treatment is perfectly safe. With the predictability of the CO2 laser, skin can be precisely ablated layer by layer to provide incredibly safe results.

Is Co2 Laser Painful?

What laser resurfacing feels like depends on the laser, the depth and area of treatment, and an individual's tolerance for pain. Some non-ablative laser treatments (the laser passes through the skin without removing layers) cause little-to-no pain.

Other benefits of CO2 Laser Skin Treatments include:
Stimulating collagen for firmer, more youthful skin.
Minimizing sun damage and fine lines.
